When i start type any documents ,its always started about 5 inches from the top.How i can change that? I want to put higher, because after cant fit everything on one page.I can change parameters from left and right but not a top.Its sooo annoying.

You should be able to change the top and bottom margins after clicking the File-%26gt;Page Setup menu item.

create a letter document with the small margins etc you want and then save it , so when you log in to word ,-call up the saved letter blank.
I don't know the exact location in MS Works, but go to your menu (on top) and look for Margin settings. Decrease the top margin of the document.
