I would like to find out how I can change the graphics chip in my laptop from Intel(r) 915gm/910ml/915ms to one that can support windows seven. Does this mean I have to change my video card or the processor?

I would wait for or get drivers that will be compatible when they come available. You can upgrade the laptop to a better card though, like the one on this website.
