Pc with Intel DP45SG board wont boot up.?

I have an Intel DP45SG Motherboard in my custom pc and it wont boot up. Lights and fan are on but that is as far as I can get, no video signal. I think it has something to do with resetting the CMOS or BIOS. I am wondering if anyone has any idea on the correct procedure for resetting the CMOS for the above Motherboard. It booted up fine before, but then I changed the processor voltage, and am trying to figure out how to reset it.

Boot into the BIOS, hit delete on start-up. And reset the default settings, close and save changes.

Pull the CMOS battery out with the system off. Keep it out for around 30 seconds. Replace it and as long as you did not fry something, it should set the BIOS to the default settings.
Pull your cmos battery out and it will reset and then try again if not then you might have fried something hard to say without knowing everything you have done to it.
