How can I make a letter I typed in word processor into a pdf file?

I typed an important letter because my handwriting is terrible. The place I will take it to print out (i have no printer) cannot open a file in wp format. Is there anyway to change it to a pdf or word document? I don't have microsoft word on my computer and the store computer will only open in pdf or microsoft word.

You need Adobe's PDF maker. You can get a demo download here http://createpdf.adobe.com/

I'd rather recommend this one: http://www.smartpdfcreator.com

It's cheaper, and has a free trial.

You can get a free PDF creator at http://www.pdfforge.org/

They also have a toolbar that's handy if you like to copy stuff off the web.
you could get a free pdf %26quot;virtual printer%26quot;

http://www.snapfiles.com/Freeware/produc鈥?/a>

they install as a printer so when you make a document you print it to the virtual printer and instead of printing it saves as a pdf
We use CutePDF writer. You can download for free from http://www.cutepdf.com/download.htm

Running the installation file will install a 'printer' on your system. You can then open your document and print just as if you were printing to a paper printer. It will show a dialog box asking where to save the file and what to name it.
