How to overclock an intel mobo and processor?

I have a dell dell dimensio e520...Pentium4 HT processor and intel mobo...How do I adjust it so i can overclock it and how do i change the FSB or even acess it?

but u can overclock slightly using ClockGen. its a soft overclocking util that will allow you to overclock you cpu. but u cant tweak your volts so its limited. i took my 2.8GHz to 3.0GHz with it. and yes.. it was a dell!
