I have a Turion 64 X2 processor (TL-58) and its supposed to be running at 1.9ghz but my computer says its only running at 768 mhz, where can i change it to be at full speed all the time. I couldnt find it anywhere in power management or anything like that

That is odd that it is not running at its labeled speed. I would check your BIOS settings to see if your computer is limiting it for some reason.
