Well sounds like you have an old pc which means you have a old mobo
Youd need a better graphics card which would require a pci-e slot which means youd need to upgrade motherboard
ram is fine as ur computer is old its probably ddr1 but if its ddr2 its fine just make sure there fast otherwise overclock them a little
if you cant upgrade your old pentium then your going to have to stick with a crapy motherboard which wont do any benefits for the other components you need to upgrade my advice upgrade your motherbard and cpu first get a crappy onboard g card and some ram then slowly upgrade them
