I have a eMachines T3104

here are the specs:

except i upgraded the Ram to 2g (max), added a 256mb video card, changed the hard drive, and i have a new sound card coming in

i need help changing the processor, i don't really like the weak 1.8ghz, what type of processor should i put in to make it the best it can be

also, i should probably switch the fans, but i need help to pick one...

please if anybody can put a good opinion on how to make my computer the best as it could be, without replacing the motherboard.

You need to know some things about your motherboard which is not listed in the link provided. What is the motherboard? What is the CPU socket? What is the front side buss? What is the max mHz of the motherboard? Unless you find someone who has done what you wish to do, you are going to have to look else where for the answers.
