Hey, I Have a Packard Bell EasyNote Laptop.
its Processor is 1.4GHz
I need at least a 1.8GHz Processor.
Will I be able to change the processor? I know how to. but will it be commpatable??

You'll have to find out what CPUs the laptop supports. You can probably get that information from the manufacturers website.
