So i bought a sims 2 game and on the back it says it is compatible with Vista... But then i looked along and it said the processor needs to be 1.3 GHz for vista but mine is 1.83 and i need to change it! How? Please help!

It's very unlikely you can change the processor. Most laptops are built as a unit which can't be changed.
I don't understand why so many gamers are still buying laptops when it's obvious that after a few months they won't be able to play the new games. With a PC you can upgrade over the years and keep up with things, and PC components are cheaper.
EDIT: I just read the other answer and realized your processor is better than the required minimum speed. You may have a below required graphics spec. The processor is fine.
